Is the synchronization between calendars real-time?
It's as close to real-time as we can make it, there's a delay of a few seconds before Google or Microsoft notifies us of a new/modified/deleted event, and it takes a few seconds for SyncMyCalendars to process and save new copied events to your other calendars. On average this all takes less than 10 seconds to complete.
Do I need to install any custom software?
No, SyncMyCalendars is a web-based SaaS app that connects to your calendar providers (like Google and Office 365) directly and uses our own servers to process your data. There is no software packages for you to download or install to sync your calendars.
What happens when I accept a meeting invite on one calendar?
That event will be processed by SyncMyCalendars, and based on the set of rules you've configured, may have some of it's properties like the event title, description, attendees, etc. changed before it is copied to your other calendars.
What happens if I delete an event from one calendar?
If you delete an event from one calendar, the app will automatically remove it from your other calendars too, keeping all calendars perfectly in sync. If you delete a copied event, only that copy is deleted.
Can I sync multiple Google Calendars with a single Office 365 calendar (or vice versa)?
Yes, you can sync multiple Google Calendars with one Office 365 calendar and vice versa, making it easy to manage all your commitments in one place. You can also sync between only Google Calendars, or only Office 365 Calendars. There is no requirement to mix-and-match the different types of calendars.
