You can cancel at any time. We will refund, on user request, unused portions of your subscription. We will refund you, on user request, for previously used portions of your subscription in the case of technical issues preventing us from providing you with the advertised service. We will not refund previously used portions of your subscription, except at our sole discretion.

Generally speaking, we'd prefer to keep you happy and if you ask for a reasonable refund then we'll most likely grant it, but it is not guaranteed.
